Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Not later than seven days after receipt of a notice pursuant to section 3123.45 or 3123.46 of the Revised Code, the board shall, if the individual is otherwise eligible for the license and wants the license, issue a license to or renew a license of the individual, or if the individual's license was suspended pursuant to section 3123.47 of the Revised Code, end the suspension. The board may charge a fee of not more than fifty dollars to issue or renew or end the suspension of a license pursuant to this section.
