Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly If a child support enforcement agency, pursuant to section 3123.53 of the Revised Code, determines that an individual holds a license, endorsement, or permit or has applied for, or is likely to apply for, a license, endorsement, or permit, it shall send the notice described in section 3123.55 of the Revised Code to the individual. The agency also may send a notice to the registrar of motor vehicles that gives the name and social security number or other identifying number of the individual and states that a court or agency has determined that the individual is in default under a child support order or has failed to comply with a warrant or subpoena issued by a court or agency with respect to a proceeding to enforce a child support order.
