Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The registrar of motor vehicles shall maintain a list of names of individuals identified in notices sent to the registrar pursuant to section 3123.54 of the Revised Code that do not hold a driver's or commercial driver's license, motorcycle operator's license or endorsement, or temporary instruction permit or commercial driver's temporary instruction permit. The registrar shall update the list quarterly and provide each deputy registrar with a copy. On receipt of an application for such a license, permit, or endorsement from an individual who appears on the list, a deputy registrar shall notify the registrar. On receipt of an application for such a license, permit, or endorsement from such an individual or on receipt of a notice from a deputy registrar pursuant to this section, the registrar shall proceed in accordance with section 3123.58 of the Revised Code.
