Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly A child support enforcement agency may, pursuant to rules adopted under section 3123.63 of the Revised Code, direct the registrar of motor vehicles to eliminate from the abstract maintained by the bureau of motor vehicles any reference to the suspension of an individual's license, permit, or endorsement imposed under section 3123.58 of the Revised Code.
