Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly If a court or a child support enforcement agency makes a final and enforceable determination pursuant to sections 3123.01 to 3123.07 of the Revised Code that an obligor is in default under a support order, the agency administering the support order may assert a lien on real and personal property of the obligor located in this state.
