Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The lien filed with the county recorder shall be effective until the county recorder discharges the lien. The county recorder shall discharge the lien within five days after a child support enforcement agency files a notice pursuant to section 3123.72 of the Revised Code requesting that the lien be discharged.
