Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Obtaining a lien under sections 3123.66 to 3123.68 of the Revised Code does not affect any other legal remedies available against obligors or their property by persons entitled to receive child support that is in arrears or otherwise due, including the use of a judgment lien under Chapter 2329. of the Revised Code.
