Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Any consumer reporting agency may contact the office of child support and request information as to whether a specified person is required to pay support under a support order. The request shall include the person's name, the person's address and social security or other identification number, if known, and any other identifying information relative to the person that is known by the agency.
