Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Any child support enforcement agency that chooses to participate in the poster program established by the office of child support may submit names of obligors that meet the criteria in section 3123.952 of the Revised Code to the office. The office shall select obligors to be displayed on a poster from the names submitted by the agencies.
