Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly In accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, the director of job and family services shall adopt rules for the operation of the poster program established by the office. The rules shall specify the following:(A) Criteria and procedures for the office to use in reviewing the names of obligors submitted by child support enforcement agencies to be displayed on a poster and in selecting the delinquent obligors to be included on a poster;(B) Procedures for providing the notice specified in section 3123.956 of the Revised Code;(C) Any other procedures necessary for the operation of the poster program.
