Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A child support enforcement agency shall select obligors for inclusion on a poster from obligors that meet the criteria in section 3123.952 of the Revised Code. The agency shall send notice to each obligor whose name is being considered for display on a poster. The notice shall be sent by regular mail to the obligor's last known address and shall include the information specified in section 3123.956 of the Revised Code.
