Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The office of child support shall establish, by rule adopted pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, a program of spousal support enforcement in conjunction with child support enforcement. The program shall conform, to the extent practicable, to the program for child support enforcement established pursuant to section 3125.03 of the Revised Code.
