Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The director of job and family services shall adopt rules pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code concerning access to, and use of, data maintained in the automated system established pursuant to section 3125.07 of the Revised Code that do the following:(A) Permit access to and use of data only to the extent necessary to carry out programs under Title IV-D of the 'Social Security Act,' 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651, as amended, and specify the data that may be used for particular program purposes, and the personnel permitted access to the data;(B) Require monitoring of access to and use of the automated system to prevent and promptly identify unauthorized use;(C) Establish procedures to ensure that all personnel who may have access to or be required to use data are informed of applicable requirements and penalties and have been trained in security procedures;(D) Establish administrative penalties, up to and including dismissal from employment, for unauthorized access to, or disclosure or use of, data.
