Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A board of county commissioners may request that the department of job and family services grant a waiver of the requirement that the money specified in division (A) of section 3125.19 of the Revised Code be budgeted and appropriated to the child support enforcement agency if the board can demonstrate, by meeting criteria established by the department, that the agency is effectively using procedures for establishing paternity, meeting the mandated service needs of clients, and complying with all applicable state and federal support rules and regulations.
