Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A child support enforcement agency may invest any of the moneys collected pursuant to the performance of its duties under Chapters 3111., 3119., 3121., 3123., and 3125. of the Revised Code in a repurchase agreement in which a bank agrees to sell short-term federally guaranteed securities with an obligation of the bank to repurchase the securities. All interest derived pursuant to investments made under this section shall be retained by the agency and used solely for support enforcement activities.
