Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Amounts collected by a collection agent that has a contract with a child support enforcement agency pursuant to section 3125.13 of the Revised Code shall be paid to the office of child support. The agency shall forward any amounts collected pursuant to sections 3123.14 and 3123.73 of the Revised Code to the office no later than one day after receipt of those amounts.
