Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly An officer or entity of the state or political subdivision of the state or any other person who provides information pursuant to section 3125.41, 3125.42, or 3125.43 of the Revised Code shall not be subject to criminal or civil liability for providing the information.
