Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The department of job and family services shall file an action in the court of common pleas of Franklin county, requesting that the court impose the fine described in section 3125.47 of the Revised Code for failure to provide information as required by section 3125.41 or 3125.42 of the Revised Code. If the court determines that a person or entity failed to provide the information, it may impose the fine. The court shall direct that the fine be paid to the department.
