Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly As used in Title XXXIII of the Revised Code, 'total student count' for any school district means the average number of students enrolled during the first full school week of October in a school district in grades kindergarten through twelve, including students with dual enrollment in a joint vocational or cooperative education district that week, and the total number of students enrolled in units for preschool children with disabilities on the first day of December in the district.
