Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly The state board of education shall make available via the internet an audio recording of each regular and special business meeting of the state board conducted on or after the effective date of this section. The state board shall make the audio recording available not later than five business days after the conclusion of each such meeting. The state board shall not make available audio recordings of executive sessions conducted in accordance with division (G) of section 121.22 of the Revised Code. The state board may contract or consult with the Ohio government telecommunications service, and the Ohio government telecommunications service may provide technical assistance, in implementing and complying with this section.
