Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Each chartered nonpublic school shall publish on the school's web site both of the following:(A) The number of students enrolled in the school by the last day of October of the current school year;(B) The school's policy regarding background checks for teaching and nonteaching employees and for volunteers who have direct contact with students.
