Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The state council on educational opportunity for military children, established under section 3301.61 of the Revised Code, shall appoint a military family education liaison to assist families and the state in implementing the interstate compact on educational opportunity for military children, as ratified by section 3301.60 of the Revised Code.
