Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Beginning July 1, 2008, and contingent upon continued approval by the United States department of education, each school district that has been identified for improvement, or that contains a school building that has been identified for improvement, shall implement all corrective actions required by the model of differentiated accountability developed by the Ohio department of education and workforce and approved by the United States department of education. In any school year in which a district is subject to this division, the Ohio department of education and workforce shall notify the district, prior to the district's opening date, of the corrective actions it is required to implement in that school year.
