Effective: September 5, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 94 - 124th General Assembly Except when utilized in Chapter 3311. of the Revised Code, whenever the term vocational education occurs anywhere in the Revised Code, it shall be deemed to refer to career-technical education, except that joint vocational school districts shall continue to be styled as and shall maintain their legal existence as either joint vocational school districts or vocational school districts pursuant to section 3311.01 .
