Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The treasurer of state shall be the custodian of all moneys received from the federal government for vocational rehabilitation services programs and shall disburse the money upon the certification of the executive director of the opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities agency. If federal funds are not available to the state for vocational rehabilitation services, the governor shall include as part of the governor's biennial budget request to the general assembly a request for funds sufficient to support the activities of the agency.
