Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Any eligible individual with a disability applying for or receiving vocational rehabilitation services who is dissatisfied with regard to the furnishing or denial of vocational rehabilitation services, may file a request for an administrative review and redetermination of that action in accordance with rules of the opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities agency. When the eligible individual with a disability is dissatisfied with the finding of this administrative review, the eligible individual with a disability is entitled, in accordance with agency rules and in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, to a fair hearing before the executive director of the agency.
