Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly All vocational rehabilitation services made available under sections 3304.11 to 3304.27 of the Revised Code, are made available subject to amendment or repeal of those sections, and no eligible individual with a disability shall have any claim by reason of the eligible individual's vocational rehabilitation services being affected in any way by such an amendment or repeal.
