Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities agency shall establish and administer a program for the use of funds appropriated for that purpose to provide personal care assistance to enable eligible individuals with severe physical disabilities to live and work independently. The agency shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code as necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.
