Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 520 - 131st General Assembly The state teachers retirement board may establish a plan under which any contributions described in section 3307.352 of the Revised Code are invested at the direction of a superannuate or other system retirant in accordance with investment options established by the board.If the board establishes a plan, the state teachers retirement system shall transfer a superannuate's or other system retirant's contributions to the plan.
