Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly A qualified special education child in any of grades kindergarten through twelve for whom a scholarship is awarded under the Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program shall be counted in the formula ADM of the school district in which the child is entitled to attend school.
