Effective: October 29, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 601 - 121st General Assembly In local and exempted village school districts an educational service centers, except as provided in section 3311.054 and 3311.056 of the Revised Code, the board of education or governing board of an educational service center shall consist of five members who shall be electors residing in the territory composing the respective districts and shall be elected at large in their respective districts.
