Effective: June 30, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 215 - 122nd General Assembly The board of education of any city, exempted village, local, or joint vocational school district and the governing board of any educational service center may expend funds to obtain one or more motor vehicles, as defined in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, by purchase, lease, or lease-purchase. Except as provided in section 3327.14 of the Revised Code, any motor vehicle so obtained shall be used solely for school purposes.
