Effective: September 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 117 - 121st General Assembly The governing board of any educational service center may borrow money for the purpose of purchasing computer equipment, subject to the terms and conditions agreed to by the governing board and the lender. The principal and interest on such indebtedness shall be discharged solely from the revenues available to the educational service center governing board, and the proceeds of the loan shall be used solely for the purpose of purchasing computer equipment.
