Effective: September 29, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly The board of education of a school district may contract with public and private providers of academic remediation and intervention in mathematics, science, reading, writing, and social studies for the purpose of assisting pupils in any grade outside of regular school hours.
