Effective: April 16, 1993 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 195 - 119th General Assembly A board of education may provide educational television courses and programs for any class or classes in the school district. Such courses and programs may be secured from nonprofit educational television corporations, organized under the laws of any state, and a board of education may pay membership fees and other fees and charges necessary in order to receive the programs, materials, and other educational services offered by such corporations.
