Effective: June 23, 1970 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 357 - 108th General Assembly A board of education operating an occupational work adjustment laboratory in which students work to produce items on a contract basis for public agencies, private individuals, or firms may pay wages to such students as may be determined by the board. Such students shall not be considered employees of the board for the purposes of Chapters 3309., 3319., 4123., and 4141. of the Revised Code, or for any other purpose under state or federal law.
