Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly Whoever violates section 3313.80 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five nor more than twenty-five dollars for a first offense and shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.
