Effective: October 24, 2024 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 168 - 135th General Assembly (A) Except as provided in section 3314.017 of the Revised Code, the department of education and workforce shall issue an annual report card for each community school, regardless of how long the school has been in operation. The report card shall report the academic and financial performance of the school . The report card shall include all information applicable to school buildings under section 3302.03 of the Revised Code.
