Effective: February 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 2 - 131st General Assembly The governing authority of a community school shall employ an attorney, who shall be independent from the school's sponsor or the operator with which the school has contracted, for any services related to the negotiation of the community school's contract with the sponsor or the school's contract with the operator.
