Effective: July 1, 2014 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly The governing authority or operator of a community school established under this chapter shall consult with each school district board of education that transports students to the community school under sections 3314.09 and 3327.01 of the Revised Code prior to making any change in the hours or days in which the community school is open for instruction.
