Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly No community school shall employ an individual in any position if the state board of education permanently revoked or permanently denied the individual a license under section 3319.31 of the Revised Code or if the individual entered into a consent agreement under division (E) of section 3319.311 of the Revised Code in which the individual agreed never to apply for a license after the date on which the agreement was entered into.
