Effective: June 20, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 310 - 121st General Assembly (A) The members of a school district financial planning and supervision commission shall serve without compensation, but shall be paid by the commission their necessary and actual expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the commission.(B) Any expense or obligation incurred by a commission under this chapter shall be payable solely from appropriations made by the general assembly.
