Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) Tuition shall be computed in accordance with this section if: (1) The tuition is required by division (C)(3)(b) of section 3313.64 of the Revised Code; or (2) Neither the child nor the child's parent resides in this state and tuition is required by section 3327.06 of the Revised Code. (B) Tuition computed in accordance with this section shall equal the attendance district's tuition rate computed under section 3317.08 of the Revised Code plus the amount in state education aid, as defined in section 3317.02 of the Revised Code, that district would have received for the child during the school year had the department of education and workforce counted the child in the attendance district's formula ADM for that school year under section 3317.03 of the Revised Code.
