Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 3318.02 of the Revised Code, within two years following the request of the school district, the Ohio facilities construction commission shall assess the current conditions of the classroom facilities needs of any school district that is not yet eligible for state assistance under Chapter 3318. of the Revised Code and that requests such an assessment. The assessment made under this section shall not include a final agreement between the school district and the commission as to the basic project cost of the school district's classroom facilities needs. The commission shall not consider any request for an assessment under this section that is submitted sooner than September 14, 2000.
