Effective: April 10, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 345 - 123rd General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a school district board may use proceeds from the tax described in division (B) or (C) of section 3318.05 of the Revised Code for infrastructure improvements on and leading to the project sites that are not included in the basic project cost. The board may use proceeds of the tax in this manner only during the three-year period following the execution of the agreement under section 3318.08 of the Revised Code. If the board intends to use the proceeds of the tax in this manner, it shall include that fact as part of the purpose of the levy in the ballot language proposing it.
