Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly If, after the Ohio facilities construction commission and a school district enter into a written agreement under section 3318.08 of the Revised Code for the construction of a classroom facilities project, the commission approves an increase in the basic project cost above the amount budgeted plus any interest earned and available in the project construction fund, the state and the school district shall share the increased cost in proportion to their respective contributions to the district's project construction fund.
