Effective: September 14, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 272 - 123rd General Assembly Notwithstanding the provision of section 321.31 of the Revised Code, immediately after each settlement with the county auditor, on presentation of the warrant of the county auditor therefor, the county treasurer shall pay to the school district the proceeds of the tax levy provided in section 3318.13 of the Revised Code to be used to pay the cost of maintaining the classroom facilities included in the project.
