Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The Ohio facilities construction commission shall have an interest in real property purchased with moneys in the school district's project construction fund.Once obligations issued to finance a project under section 3318.26 of the Revised Code are no longer outstanding, any interest held by the commission shall be transferred to the school district.
