Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Each year for twenty-three successive years after the commencement of a joint vocational school district's project under sections 3318.40 to 3318.45 of the Revised Code, the board of education of that school district shall deposit into a separate maintenance account or into the school district's capital and maintenance fund established under section 3315.18 of the Revised Code, school district moneys dedicated to maintenance of the classroom facilities acquired under sections 3318.40 to 3318.45 of the Revised Code in an amount equal to one and one-half of one per cent of the current insurance value of the classroom facilities acquired under the project, which value shall be subject to the approval of the Ohio facilities construction commission.
