Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly The board of education of a school district that employs any person who is appointed to serve as a member of the educator standards board under division (A)(1)(a) or (c) of section 3319.60, as a member of the subcommittee on standards for superintendents under division (B) or (C) of section 3319.611, or as a member of the subcommittee on standards for school treasurers and business managers under division (B) or (C) of section 3319.612 of the Revised Code shall grant that person paid professional leave for the purpose of attending meetings and conducting official business of the educator standards board and the subcommittees.
